Chris started his musical journey at the young age of seven years old. It was then that his parents thought it time to sign Chris and his two brothers up for music lessons - after seeing them imitate their favorite rock stars (mainly KISS) using upside down pots for drums and card board cutout guitars.

Throughout his high school years Chris played in various rock and jazz bands. Many times with his older brother on guitar, younger brother on drums and Chris on bass and vocals, the songs of Van Halen, Iron Maiden, Rush, Living Color and Stevie Via could be heard coming from their parents basement. During his university years Chris began writing and found a new love for country music. He was taken in by the multitude of emotions that country music brings to life through it's instrumentation and vocals. Although he still writes in many styles from rock to pop to jazz, his main love has remained country.

In 2005 Chris signed his first publishing contract for 'Another Lesson Learned', a song co-written with good friend Hank Reeves.

To date Chris continues to write, record and enjoy all music.
